Molti erroneamente sono convinti che costruire in legno sia sinonimo di prefabbricato. Non è vero e vi consiglio di non abusare del termine onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese.</div> <div style="text-align: right;"> Si crede infatti che la casa a catalogo sia la soluzione a tutti i mali, basti pensare alla convinzione che il prezzo sia certo o che i tempi di realizzazione venga sempre rispettato. Ma qui stiamo in Italia e non in Svizzera.
